What if…

A law was passed that said you could use each word only once?

How would one be able to express oneself after the first utterance?

Have you ever read Ella Minnow Pea?

The government of the island country she lives in begins outlawing the use of various letters of the alphabet as they fall off of a monument of their great hero - the creator of the pangram “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.”

It's a good read and actually reminded me a lot of the arbitrary and irrational way our own leaders make decisions when any whiff of religion or "patriotism" seeps into the argument.
